Provides excellent adhesion of panels to a wide range of construction materials such as concrete, plaster, brick, wood, cement, PVC, bituminous membranes, and rigid polyurethane foams.
- Shake the can strongly for up to 30 seconds.
- Install the can to the gun by turning it.
- Remove any dirt, dust and grease from the application surface and moisten it with water. (Moistening the substrate and the applied foam is especially important for accelerating the reaction and achieving efficient results.)
- Use the can upside down.
- Press the trigger of the gun to allow the foam to come out.
- Adjust the foam output speed and volume using the valve at the back of the gun.
- Apply the adhesive in strips approximately 3 cm wide, keeping 2 cm away from the corners of the panel.
- In addition, apply a single line from the center of the short side, running parallel to the long edge of the panel.
- Position the panel correctly at the corners and press it firmly against the wall to fix it in place.
- Panels can be anchored with dowels and plastered 2 hours after application.
- Clean the gun and valve thoroughly after use for future applications.
- Any uncured foam residues should be cleaned with SOMAFIX FOAM &GUN CLEANER.
- Since the applied foam will expand, controlled volume should be used.
